User Administration Scenarios

Scenario #1:

Seneca Info track solutions want to implement SAP in their company and want to implement the following security options:

If the user attempts to login with an incorrect password, the user account should be locked automatically after 5 times.
Minimum password length should be 6 characters, in which 3 should be numbers.
The password should be expired automatically after 45 days.
All the users should login to 800 by default, i.e., the default client should be 800.

Provide the parameters with the default values and the new settings. Provide the profile information, along with the filename in which these modifications should be done.

Scenario #2:

The functional people in Mark solutions will be performing tasks which require more time to process a task. Now, the functional people are experiencing “timed out” error message and cannot perform any task. How this issue can be resolved?

Scenario #3:

Provide the steps to perform the following:

Change the settings to make SAP* not to login in to 000 (Disable SAP* login)
Create a user group called “devteam” and assign it to a group of users.
Lock some of the transactions that start with E.

Scenario #4:

Michigan Corp has a development server in which they are periodically experiencing ABAP error messages. Also, the performance of the system is very slow. Analyze any of the ABAP dump and provide the steps that you follow to troubleshoot the issue and improve the performance of the system?

Scenario #5:

Analog system requires you to provide the following information:

List of users who haven’t changed the password for the last 3 months and the users who haven’t logged in.
List of users accounts that have been locked.
Availability of DDIC user on 066 client.
