Downloading SPAM/SAINT Updates

1. Open a web browser window and link to the SAP Marketplace using http://service.sap.com/patches.
2. If a Client Authentication popup appears, click the OK button.
3. On the SAP Service Marketplace popup, type in your User name (OSS ID) and Password in the spaces provided. Click the OK button.
4. In the navigator tree on the right-hand side of the My Application Components.

For R/3, expand as follows:

SAP SPAM/SAINT UPDATE
SPAM/SAINT UPDATE 6.20

5. Click the Download tab of the SPAM/SAINT UPDATE screen. Find the SPAM/SAINT Update – Version XXX value. If this SPAM version is higher than you current SPAM version, you will need to download and apply the latest SPAM update.
6. To download a SPAM/SAINT update, click on the SPAM/SAINT Update Title hyperlink. Click the Download button. On the File Download popup, click the Save button. On the Save As popup, select a location to store the SPAM/SAINT update and click the Save button.
7. Once you have downloaded your SPAM/SAINT updates, you may leave the SAP Marketplace.
